We Work Your Motive Rep's Shipment Schedule
You have a Motive rep and a shipment date. We work with both. We coordinate directly with the hardware shipment so units arrive as installs are scheduled — not a pallet sitting in your office for three weeks, not installers standing around waiting on boxes.
The work happens at your yard, depot, or lot, on your schedule. Vehicles never leave your operation.
Moving Onto Motive From Another Platform
Switching platforms is two jobs, not one. The old hardware has to come out clean — no cut harnesses taped off behind the dash, no dead units left drawing power. Then Motive goes in on its own properly fused feed.
We do both sides in one visit per vehicle. De-install, install, verify, next truck. Your fleet changes platforms without changing where it parks.

Do you coordinate with our Motive rep?
Yes. Give us the shipment schedule and we build the install calendar around it. Units arrive as installs are scheduled, so hardware isn't stacking up in a back office and trucks aren't waiting on boxes.
Are you certified or partnered with Motive?
No, and we won't pretend to be. We're independent installers. We install Motive hardware — Gateways, cameras, trackers — and we stand behind the workmanship ourselves.
Can you install the Gateway, Dashcam, and trackers in one visit?
Yes. That's how we stage most Motive rollouts — each vehicle gets the full set in a single pass, verified as reporting before we move to the next one.
We're switching to Motive from another platform. Does the old hardware come out?
It should, and we take it out. Old units left in place keep drawing power and leave a mess behind the dash. We pull the old platform and wire in Motive in the same visit, vehicle by vehicle.
